Haleakala From Paia

There are 620 curves on the 64 mile trip on the Road to Hana on the island of Maui. The trip provides an opportunity to see beautiful waterfalls (which you can hike) great views of the ocean and many places to stop and eat locally made goodies. This picture (from 2013) came about because we had stopped for a breakfast sandwich in Paia before starting our journey. As I came out of the establishment, I looked back and saw the majesty of Haleakala. #Maui #RoadtoHana #Haleakala #Paia
