From 2014 A canon in Fort St. Louis Marigot French side St. Martin.
Marigot was made capital of St Martin while King Louis XVI. During his reign, the fort was built in 1789 to defend the island and it’s settlement and warehouses of coffee, salt, sugarcane and rum from British and Ditch pirates. The fort I located on the west side of St. Martin on the Marigot Bay. While the fort is now abandoned, you can visit and walk among the fort. You will find amazing 360 degree views of the area. #FortStLouis #Marigot #St.Martin #Carribean

The San Francisco Peaks, located just north of Flagstaff, Arizona and one hour twenty minutes south of the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. As local stories go, Marg was a mule from the late 1800's that played hide and seek when it was time to pack up for a trip.
