The Cathedral Rock Trail is one of the more challenging hikes Shelly Filion and I have done in Sedona Arizona. But we have completed the hike (which doesn't really stop at the "end of trail sign) several times. The views are amazing and it is true that if you do it one step at a time, stop to rest you can get to the top.

A view of Cook's Lobster and Ale House from the Harpswell Island Bridge off Casco Bay on Bailey's Island, Maine. Established in 1955 by Maurice Cook, the original shop was a one room store serving take out of lobsters too small to ship out of state. Currently owned by Nick and Jennifer Charboneau. The Harpswell Islands are comprised of Sebascodegan Island (the Great Island), Orr's Island and Bailey's Island. Constructed in 1927, the Harspwell Island Bridge is a cribstone bridge built of large granite slabs laid in crib fashion using no mortar, engineered to allow the tide to pass through without damaging the structure. In 1975 the bridge was listed in the National Register of Historic Places and in 1984 was designated a National Historic Civil Engineering Landmark. In the late 1990's Cook's was featured in Visa's "Everywhere you want to be" commercials, providing the restaurant with worldwide notoriety. #CooksLobsterAleHouse #Lobster #BaileysIslandMaine #Maine #HarpswellIslands #Sunrise #HarpswellIslandsBridge #TheCribstoneBridge #CascoBay Lorain Breakwater Lighthouse
