  The Grand Canyon Railroad which operates from Williams to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon has wrapped engine 365 to celebrate the United States of America's Sesquicentennial. One one side is the Grand Canyon, the other Mount Rushmore. God Bless America.

 I had arranged a trip for one day to the Hoover Dam on 6/11 to see the American Flag on display with a nightly light show. Unfortunately, on the 9th, the flag ripped and had to be taken down for repairs. While I was disappointed that the flag wasn't up, my night was made standing next to Majors King and Hummer of the United States Marine Corp. Stationed in Las Vegas, they are recruiters for the Marines. It was an honor to be able to take their picture for them, while also getting one for my collection. American heroes serve all facets of the military, and recruiting heroes for service is one of those facets. Gentlemen, it was pleasure.
